As a German merchant club the Brotherhood of Blackheads existed in Riga from about 1334 until 1939."First Christmas Tree" (Figurative) & "Home of the First Christmas Tree" (word) trademark applications have been filed with the European Union; while, "... your friend in the Baltics!" is covered under a figurative trademark application by Patricia Tourist Office in Latvia..

Never Pay Full Price for a Book!

Are you an avid reader? Are you trying to instill a love of reading in your children? My whole family loves to read! Right before bedtime every night, every one of us can be found with our nose in a book! It would be very easy for us to spend a fortune every month on books. But, since we don't have a fortune to spend every month, over the years I've found several ways to get good books and never pay full price! 1. Blackberry Ringtones - Resonant Beats To Go!

Blackberries seem to be just one more status symbol in the business world.
Some people have cell phones and some are important enough to have blackberries, allowing the company they work for to invade their lives on a whole different level.

My dad got one last year and I remember he played with it like a little kid plays with a
new toy on Christmas for about a week.
Then the next thing I know he is swearing at it and telling it to shut up.
Why is this you ask, well now instead of only getting his email on his computer it goes to his blackberry as well, therefore bothering him throughout the entire day with every new addition to his inbox.

Blackberries are cool but I have a feeling they are a nuisance as well.
